88 Independent Living Units for Catholic Healthcare over 3 separate buildings valued at $54m. Our biggest challenge was certainly the indoor chlorine heated pool which required significant assessment and analysis to ensure corrosive air wouldn't impact surrounding building structures, materials and services over the 50 year life span. The project also included high end community facilities including commercial kitchen, domestic kitchen, dining room, activity spaces, cinema, mens shed, billiard room and generous landscaping areas.
