This huge 18,000m2 site valued at $250m involves the construction of 250 luxury beachside apartments with a large commercial shopping centre below, including a Woolworths, Aldi, Dan Murphy, Quest Hotel, Cronulla Sharks Club House fit out, 1000 capacity car park and 70 specialty stores. Construction challenges included works along the foreshore, fibrous asbestos in the ground and strip back and connection into existing club house.
